**35. Power Outages and Generator Usage:**

Beechwood Nature Stays acknowledges that power outages may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including storms or maintenance conducted by Nova Scotia Power. In the event of a power outage, we strive to minimize disruption to our guests and will take reasonable steps to address the situation promptly.
• 2. Generator Availability:
Beechwood Nature Stays has a generator on-site to provide full working power in the cottage during a guest’s stay. The generator is intended to offer essential services, ensuring guest comfort during power outages.
• 3. Limited Duration of Generator Use:
While the generator can provide power during outages, guests are advised that its capacity may be limited, and it is primarily designed to support essential services. Prolonged outages or extensive power usage may impact the availability and duration of the generator’s operation.
• 4. Communication During Outages:
In the event of a power outage, Beechwood Nature Stays will make efforts to communicate with guests regarding the situation, expected duration, and any measures in place to mitigate inconvenience. Updates may be provided through on-site notices or alternative means of communication.
• 5. Guest Cooperation:
We appreciate the cooperation of our guests during power outages and generator use. Guests are encouraged to report any issues related to power supply promptly, allowing us to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• 6. No Compensation for Acts of Nature:

In such cases, guests understand and agree that compensation for inconveniences caused by these events is not guaranteed. If a guest would like to cancel, we do not offer any refunds only rescheduling to a different date available.
