Cancellation & Refund Policies

** Refund / Cancellation Policy for website direct bookings:**

• Beechwood Nature Stays has a no-refund policy for direct bookings made through www.naturestays.ca. Once a reservation is confirmed through our online direct booking system and payment is received, we do not offer refunds in any circumstance. In  the case of a cancellation and it is 10 days prior to arrival we can reschedule your booking to a new future date. If it is after 10 days prior to arrival, rescheduling is not possible unless it is due to weather related reason (ie: snowstorm) , please contact us to reschedule.
  

**Airbnb Bookings:**

 - For reservations made through Airbnb, guests are subject to the cancellation policy stated on our Airbnb listing. Guests are able to cancel and receive a full refund within 48hrs of booking. **Rescheduling Details for ALL bookings:**

• Guests who wish to cancel their reservation have the option to reschedule their stay for alternative dates, subject to availability if the cancellation is 10 days or more prior to arrival. 
• Rescheduling requests must be communicated to Beechwood Nature Stays through the provided contact channels (email or phone)
• Guests who book a date falling on a Sunday-Thursday can only reschedule to a date falling on a Sunday-Thursday unless they wish to pay extra for rescheduling to a weekend. Guests who book a weekend date can reschedule to any day of the week.

** 4. Communication:**

 - Guests are encouraged to contact Beechwood Nature Stays directly for any inquiries or to discuss rescheduling. Communication regarding cancellations and rescheduling should be initiated through the contact information provided on www.naturestays.ca.

**5. Acknowledgment:**

 - By making a direct booking through www.naturestays.ca, guests acknowledge and accept the no-refund policy and the rescheduling option outlined in this cancellation policy.
